ABSTRACT CONTINUOUS CARE IN NY. S AGE 36 YEARS G2P1A0AH1 WITH AGE AT RISK AND POST DATE AT PUSKESMAS DEPOK III A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that has a greater risk than usual (both for the mother and the baby) which can result in illness or death before and after delivery.1 One of the pregnant women with risk factors is age >35 years at Puskesmas Depok III is Mrs. S. Mrs. S 36 years old G2P1Ab0Ah1 the first child was born spontaneously at home by a traditional healer in 2006, during her pregnancy she did 12 ANC examinations, assisted Mrs. S was performed at the gestational age of 40+5 weeks at the Depok III Health Center. A week later, he went to the Puskesmas for control at 41+5 weeks of gestation, with the complaint that there were no signs of labor. The results of the examination BP: 114/78 mmHg, N: 82x/m, R: 20x/m, SB: 36.50C, weight: 76.5kg. Abdominal examination by palpation revealed a TFU of 31 cm, left back, and head presentation, regular FHR 151x/m. The midwife did an internal examination with the result that there was no opening, thick portio, Hodge 1 head drop, intact membranes, blood mucus membranes (-), His (-). Referred with indications of overdue pregnancy, Mrs. S was referred at 09.30 WIB with the husband’s approval. At S Hospital, Ny.S collaborated with obstetricians that Mrs.S would give birth by induction, then Mrs.S and her husband were given informed consent by the doctor to give birth by induction with indications of late pregnancy. At the time of pregnancy, a problem was found, namely the mother’s age was more than 35 years. In S Hospital, induction was performed twice with no response and fetal distress occurred so that the doctor performed a SC after obtaining approval from the husband. The SC delivery process went smoothly, on July 20, 2022 at 08.53 WIB the baby was born immediately cried, male gender, mother in good health. The baby’s weight is 3245 grams, PB 49 cm, LK 36 cm. The next contact was via wa on July 30, 2022 and the patient stated that he would control the Puskesmas because previously he had been under control at the S Hospital and there was no longer schedule for control at the hospital and it was declared good and healthy to continue the control at the Puskesmas, and the midwife suggested for control. Mothers bring their babies to be immunized for BCG Direct contact with Mrs. S on the 12th day of postpartum, Mrs. S came to the Depok III Health Center on August 1, 2022 for the second postpartum visit, the TFU was not palpable, the post-SC wound was dry, lochia serosa. The baby is in good health, is good at breastfeeding and there are no complications during the neonatal visit. Mother Has Not KB Post Copy, Gives KIE KB MKJP and Mrs. S plans to KB IUD. Subsequent monitoring was carried out via whatsapp on August 31, which communicated the mother’s plan to take part in the Pacasalin KB with the IUD and the mother was going to the Depok III Health Center on September 1, 2022, accompanied by her husband to take the IUD KB The conclusion of this report is that pregnant women are at risk for complications. Pregnancy at an old age (35 years and over) causes the risk of complications of serotinous pregnancy which can increase the risk of death or disability in the baby and pregnant women to be higher.
