Background Chemotherapy has proven to reduce both the death rate up to 72% and the recurrence rate ot 35% ni patientswith early-stage breast cancer (stage Iot Ila). However, chemotherapy can cause anemia. As the development of complementary therapies administration of green bean juice it can also be used as a dietary supplement to increase hemoglobin levels ofbreast cancer patients. Objektive of research: This study aimedto investigate the effect of green bean juice on hemoglobin levels ni the context ofnursing care of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in Sleman Yogyakarta. Method This research method used aquasi experimental approach with Pre-test and Post- test Control Group Design. The sampling technique used the Accidental Sampling, hte sampling was done by change, anyone who could be met as long as it complied with the requirements ofthe desired data. Result By having a convidence level as many as 95% and 85% ofthe strength tes used formula of average two population sample, with Z1-a =1.96; Z1-ß= 1.842. Then put ni into the formula, ti took 31 respondents with the treatment and 31 control respondents as the sapmle which wil bedivided by using asystematic random sampling as the odd-numbered and even numbered treatment as a control. Average change in hemoglobin concentration ni patients with breast cancer at pre and post treatmen by 10 574 of 10 794 with a standart deviation at pre and post treatment by 1857 and 1644. The results of hte statistical test using test-Sminov Z Kormogorov; two samples are statistically high significance ni details as follows; 1524 (p value: 0.019, 95%CI: 0.395-0.208). Conclution. There is an effect of green bean juice ni patients with breast cancer to increase hemoglobin levels
