Purpose:TofindouttheimplementationandinfluenceofPuskesmasGodeanItrainingprogramonsanitationandEscherichiacolicontaminationonschool-basedstreetfoodvendorsinGodeansub-district.Method:Thetypeofresearchwasobservationalstudywithcrosssectionaldesign.Theresearchsamplewasschool-basedstreetfoodvendorsinthepuskesmascatchmentarea.Thesamplingtechniqueusedwastotalsampling.Result:Thisstudyfoundthatthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenvendorswhotookpartinthetrainingandthosewhodidnottakepartinthetrainingintermsofpersonalhygiene(p=0.002;p<0.05)andsanitationoffoodequipment(p=0.028;p<0.05).Whiletherewasnosignificantdifferenceintermsoffoodservingsanitation(p=0.285;p<0.05),sanitationfacilitiesofvendors(p=0.154;p<0.05),andEscherichiacolicontamination(p=0,126;p<0.05).Conclusion:ThetrainingprogramonthehygieneofsanitationandEscherichiacolicontaminationforschool-basedfoodvendorsinthecatchmentareawasnoteffective.Trainingprogramsforschool-basedfoodvendorswereeffectiveonlyonpersonalhygieneandfoodequipmentsanitation.Keywords:trainingprogram;personalhygiene;equipmentsanitation;sanitation of food serving;Escherichia col
