ABSTRAC APPLICATION OF MOZART CLASSIC MUSIC THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS HEARING HALLUCINATIONS IN GATOTKACA WARD AT RSJD Dr. ARIF ZAINUDIN SURAKARTA Nanda Karunia Putri 1 , Budhy Ermawan2 Nursing Department, Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Yogyakarta Jl. One of the symptoms that appears is sensory perception disorders, hallucinations. In patients with hallucinations they can be life threatening if they do not receive immediate treatment. The intervention that can be carried out is by providing Mozart classical music therapy. This intervention can provide knowledge forschizophrenia patients and help patients relax. So the therapy of listening to Mozart classical music can reduce the signs and symptoms of hallucinations. Objective: Apply and analyze mental nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders based on SLKI and Evidence Based Practical Mozart classical music therapy as a reference in providing nursing care. Method: The method used is a case study conducted on two patients with sensory perception disorders in seven meetings with Mozart classical music therapy intervention. Results: After carrying out nursing actions by implementing hallucination management nursing interventions and Mozart classical music therapy for seven days in both patients, the results showed that verbalization of hearing whispers decreased, daydreaming decreased, pacing decreased, anxiety decreased, and concentration increased. Conclusion: The results of the case study show that the application of classical music therapy to patients with sensory perception disorders can reduce the signs and symptoms of hallucinations experienced by both patients.
