Background: Hemodynamic changes of the spinal anesthesia patient with sit and left obliquity position then every operative patient with spinal anesthesia might not
be left from the early is conducted spinal anesthesia induction until the operation finished, even until conscious recovery have to be monitored until patient is really recovered especially consciousness, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation (O2). The anesthetist recommended regional anesthesia administration when is possible and general anesthesia is used if there is absolute contra indication (Chesnut,2004).
Research goal: To find the difference of average change of hemodynamic spinal anesthesia technique with sit and lift obliquity position to the section caesarean
patient at RSUD Merauke. Research method: using observational analytic, where the writer try to search
difference inter variables with approximation to the section caesarean patient. The number of samples is 43 patients spinal anesthesia technique with sit and left
obliquity position to the patients section caesarean at RSUD Merauke. Data analysis used Univariat and Bivariat with t-test. Research result: The average changes of hemodynamic spinal anesthesia technique with sit position to the section caesarean patient at RSUD Merauke on the
blood pressure there is significant difference, before and after induction. Hemodynamic changes of pulse and oxygen saturation there is np significant difference. Hemodynamic changes spinal anesthesia technique with left obliquity to the section caesarean patient at RSUD Merauke on the average blood pressure showed that there is a meaning change, while pulse and oxygen saturation there is no significant changes before and after induction.
Conclusion: There is an average difference of hemodynamic spinal anesthesia technique with sit and left obliquity position to the section caesarean patient at RSUD Merauke.
