Background : Spinal anesthesia is the best technic of regional anesthesi that good for obstetric surgery, especially Sectio Cesarea. Every person that having a Sectio Cesarea have 99% potential to facing an anxiety. Respondent’s anxiety can be handled with farmakologi technic which is anti-anxiety medication and non farmacology which is audio visual distraction technic like classical music and comedy video terapy Research Aim : To knowing the difference the effectiveness between giving classical music and comedy video into the pre operation Sectio Cesarea patient’s anxiety with spinal anesthesia at RS KIA Sadewa, Yogyakarta. Research Method : This research using quasi eksperimental experimental design with Pre Test And Post Test Two Group Design. This research is beheld on March-April 2018. The subject of its research divided in to two, 30 subject with comedy video and 30 subjects with classical music at Operating Room at RS KIA Sadewa Yogyakarta. The researchers using Wilcoxon test for testing the pre and post, and for testing the effectiveness after the therapy we used Man Whitney test. Research Results: Respondent that given by classical music, the anxiety scores decreased 24 respondents (80%), while patient that given by comedy video decreased about 26 respondent ( 86,7%). Analytic result using Man Whitney showed that theres no difference of effetiveness between giving the classical music therapy annd comedy video. It means that classical music and comedy video has the same effectiveness for decreased the anxiety levels on respondent at RS KIA Sadewa, Yogyakarta with pvalue = 0,27.
