Waste Bank is place to store or collect waste that has been sorted. The results of waste collection after that be sold to waste collectors or become a craft. Kentangan Berseri Trash Bank have 52 customers but they are not active to do saving trash. If in terms of environmental health aspect at this trash bank who not yet fullfil the requirements for example using personal protective equipment. The result of this research aims to explained environmental health aspect at Kentangan Berseri Waste Bank or community participation at saving in waste bank. The background of this result are because decreased desire of citizens to saving in waste bank every year. The type of this research is descriptive survey. The sample of thir research is housewife who lives in Dusun Kentangan. Data collection from questionnaires were distributed by visiting respondent’s homes as many as 65 housewives. The result of this research indicated that there are several aspects of environmental health that are not yet in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Environment of the Republik of Indonesia No. 13 of 2012 concerning Guidelines for Implementation of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle Through Waste Bank, the reduction in waste generation as big as 11,68%, the factor that can influence saving participation are because they want to improve environmental quality. The level of knowledge and attitudes about waste management have high yields.
