Traditional markets produce almost 95% of organic waste. Gemah Ripah Market is the largest fruit market in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In the process of transporting to storage produces fruit waste. If the fruit is not immediately handled, it will cause many negative impacts. If organic waste is used, it can certainly reduce environmental pollution. One way to use organic waste is to be processed as a liquid organic fertilizer. This study aims to determine the differences in the content of N, P, K, and pH of liquid organic fertilizer from market fruit waste with different fermentation times, one week and two weeks. This research is an experimental study with the design of the Post Test Only Group Design. The sample in this study was 30 kg of fruit waste, taken from 31 traders in the Gemah Ripah Gamping Sleman Fruit Market. This study consisted of two treatment groups namely fertilizer fermentation for 1 week and fertilizer fermentation for 2 weeks, each treatment was carried out 5 repetitions. The results showed that the fermentation time (one week and two weeks) gave different levels of N, P, K and pH values, namely Nitrogen 0.43%; Phosphor 0.15%; Potassium 0.27%; pH 6.9 for one week fermented liquid organic fertilizer, and Nitrogen 0.49%; Phosphor 0.13%; Potassium 0.22%; pH 6,8 for two weeks fermented liquid organic fertilizer. Nitrogen fertilizer fermentation levels were two weeks higher with a difference of 0.06%. The level of Phosphorus fermentation fertilizer one week was higher with a difference of 0.04%. Potassium levels of fermentation fertilizer one week were higher with a difference of 0.05%. There are differences in the content of N, P, K, and pH of liquid organic fertilizer from market fruit waste with fermentation times of one week and two weeks.
