Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as an effort to prevent the occurrence of accidents and occupational health. Many factory workers do not use personal protective masks, gloves, and ear protectors. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge, attitudes with the use of PPE on sif morning production workers at CV. Putera Makmur Abadi, Temanggung Regency This type of research is survey research using a cross sectional design. The population in this study is sif morning production workers CV. Putera Makmur Abadi, Temanggung Regency. The sample of this study was 81 respondents using the Stratified Random Sampling technique, collecting data for knowledge variables and attitudes using a questionnaire while for the use of personal protective equipment using a checklist The results showed that the respondents with low knowledge were 1.23%, knowledge was 27.16%, and knowledge was 71.60%. Respondents with good attitude 87,65%, moderate attitude 12,34%, and bad attitude 0%. While for the use of respondent’s personal protective equipment that uses 0% protective mask, 22.5% hand protector, 69.8% mask, 0% complete APD, and 7,3% do not use APD.
