Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is important for the company, because the impact of workplace accidents is not only detrimental to employees but also to the company. The plywood industry has several risk factors for the most dominant work environment, namely noise. CV. Putra Makmur Abadi Parakan Temanggung is a plywood company where in the industry there is a room in the production section that has a noise level that exceeds the Threshold Value of 92 dB, this can negatively affect the workforce. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of noise intensity on hearing loss in the morning shift wood cutting production workers at CV. Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung. This research was a Longitudinal survey. The research location at CV. Putra Makmur Abadi Parakan Temanggung. The research respondents were 10 workers drawn from the population. Descriptive data analysis. The results of the auditory hearing impairment on 10 people of the study respondents obtained results of 8 participants or (80%) mild deaf and 2 workers or 20% normal. The conclusion of this study is noise intensity has an effect hearing loss on workers.
