The number of toddler in Indonesia is 9,54% of the entire population of Indonesia. National target health care coverage of toddler in Indonesia in 2014 by 85%, while the achievement in 2013 was 70,12%. Coverage is seen through the calculation of D/S as an indicator of community participation on a child’s weight in Integratd Service Post (Posyandu) with the lowest achievement results in DIY namely Yogyakarta (73.93%). Yogyakarta City Health Office Data coverage 2014 D/S Public Health Center lowest in Umbulharjo I (59.1%). This research aimed to determine the determinant of low community participation in monitoring toddler’s growth in Posyandu. This research is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. Univariate data analysis. The population are toddler’smothersin Posyandu RW XVII Sorosutan by 30 respondents. Results showed that respondents majority in the age of 20-35 years (53.3%), recent education Diploma/Academy/University (76.7%), unemployement (43.3%), good knowledge (60%), have a positive attitude (56.7%), have a KMS (93.3%), and get family support (70%). Most respondents in monitoring the toddler’s growth have categories of 20-35 years old, the last education Diploma/College/University, unemployement, well knowledgeable, have a positive attitude, have KMS, and get family support.
